Group Service

A Life Uniform store manager will personally visit your
facility to coordinate your professional look in uniform
apparel. This includes assistance in selecting a uniform dress
code, organizing the fittings, and delivery of merchandise. Our
managers are trained to service any size group at hospitals, nursing
homes, private offices, clinics or schools. Show your patients

Payroll Deduction
|
Life Uniform can arrange to offer Payroll Deduction at
your facility. This will enable you to coordinate the appearance
of your entire staff quickly and easily. As new employees are
hired, they will also quickly comply with your dress code. When
adding or changing uniform colors or prints, Payroll Deduction will
make it a smooth transition. Under the Payroll Deduction
agreement, Life Uniform supplies the voucher forms (in coordination
with your Management staff) as well as the payroll stuffers promoting
this employee benefit.
Life Uniform has developed proprietary software that automates the
input of payroll deduction sale transactions into most payroll
systems. The payroll deduction sale transactions are
electronically captured by Life Uniform and copied to a PC software
disc. Life Uniform coordinates with your Payroll Department
to develop the necessary interface program to pass the payroll
deduction sales data directly to your payroll system. This
eliminates the time-consuming process of manually entering these
payroll related transactions. For more information, please

Life Scrub Expo
|
Your local Life Uniform store manager can come to your
facility and set up a "temporary store" for the day.
At regular intervals, we'll bring a customized assortment of uniforms,
shoes and accessories to your employees. It's easy to
arrange. We will provide the set-up, professional fittings,
sales staff, and removal of merchandise after the event. Your
employees benefit from easy, convenient shopping-before and after
work. Payment can be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa
American Express or payroll deduction (with prior approval). All
you provide is an available space (i.e. cafeteria, conference room,

Permanent On-Premise Life Uniform Store
|
This option gives your employees the convenience of
having a fully staffed Life Uniform where they work. Your
hospital profits by receiving a percent of store sales on a monthly
basis. Life Uniform will work with your Administration
Department to find a suitable space, then provide all the promotional
materials, inventory, personnel, fixtures and supplies. An
on-premise store reduces the costs associated with ordering and
handling individual purchases, as well as the inventory costs of
re-ordering hospital provided uniforms. To take advantage of
