Q : What is the best way to search for products? A : There are a
couple different ways to search for products. You can search by product number
or a description. If you are having problems finding a product you can try the search box on the top right corner of the page.
Order Questions Q : What do you charge for shipping? A : The shipping charge depends on the value of your order. There is a $6.95 shipping surcharge for orders to AK, HI, PR, and Guam. Add $10.00 for 2nd Day Air. Add $20.00 for Overnight.
Q : How do you ship? A : We ship most all orders via FedEx Smartpost. Your package will be delivered by the US. Postal Service. All packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & U.S. Virgin Islands ship via FedEx except those shipping to PO Boxes which will ship via FedEx Smartpost and may take up to three weeks for delivery. For FedEx 2- Day and FedEx Next Day delivery, your order must be placed by no later than 1:30 PM ET for it to ship the same day that the order is placed. Orders placed after 1:30 PM ET will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri only. Allow one additional business day for processing of Embroidery orders.
For FedEx Saturday delivery, your order must be placed by 1:30PM ET Friday. FedEx Saturday delivery is not available for all locations. Please call 1-866-814-0145 to verify if Saturday delivery is available for your area.
FedEx 2-Day, Next Day, and Saturday Delivery services are subject to additional shipping charges which will be confirmed on your order during checkout. Promotional offers for discounts on shipping charges only apply to our standard ground delivery service. FedEx 2-Day, Next Day, and Saturday Delivery services are not available to PO Box addresses.
Q : When can I expect my order? A : Allow 7-10 business days for all in-stock items to be received by customers. Most embroidered items are delivered within 7-14 business days and require 1-2 additional business days for order processing.

conformation? A : When ordering through our web site, you should receive a conformation email within 24 hours of placing your

Q : What exchange rate is applied to my orders? A : Real-time exchange rates are applied to your orders. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount - this will not change once you accept an order. Q : How do I track my order? A : Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. Q : What is the returns policy for Canadian orders? A : If you are not completely satisfied with a Life Uniform purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that this refund will include all duties and taxes that were initially paid on the items you are returning. All items must be in their original condition with tags. Embroidered, laundered, engraved, worn or altered items may not be returned. No refunds on postage, shipping & handling. How do I return something?
1. Please contact our customer support team at 888-238-8097, M-F 7:00AM - 11:00PM (ET) Sat 9:00AM - 5:00PM (ET), Sun 10:00AM - 5:00PM (ET): or send us an email to customerservice@lifeuniform.com, indicating your Life Uniform order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
2. Based on the items being returned, we will communicate to you the exact value of your credit for the item(s) being returned. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable.
3. Life Uniform will communicate to you the mailing address for our Canadian returns facility.
4. Clearly identify our Canadian returns facility address as the destination on the package labeling. When returning merchandise to [Merchant_Name], carefully wrap the items and return them to the Canadian address provided with shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused.

6. Put the returning item(s) and a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the Reason for Return Service section completed) in the original shipment packaging. Please include all product-packing materials.
7. Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the Canadian address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
8. Once received at our returns facility, your package will be forwarded to us in the U.S. and we will credit your return once the package has been received and processed in the U.S., typically within 14 to 30 business days after the package is sent.
9. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
