hassle free. With our stores located in 37 states
nationwide, we're almost certain to be in your neighborhood. If we're not in your area, you can
send merchandise to the address listed below. Please follow the guidelines below when making a return.
- All items returned must be in original condition and returned within 30
days of receipt.
- Follow instructions on the order summary, and enclose it with the items
you want to exchange or return.
- Laundered items are not returnable.
- All freight on returned packages must be prepaid.
- Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded.
- To return or exchange merchandise at a LifeŽ Uniform store, bring the
merchandise and invoice to the store of your choice and speak to one of our
associates.
